Jane Lux was recently promoted to Assistant
Administrator. Ms Lux has 25 years of public health at the Health
Department, serving as a staff nurse, Program Coordinator, Clinic
Supervisor, and for the previous ten years, as Director of the Personal
Health Services Division. Ms. Lux is an RN and has her Master’s Degree in

Bette Chilton was recently promoted to Personal
Health Services Director. Ms Chilton has been a nurse and teacher for
24 years. She worked for a number of years at the Health Department
before leaving and becoming one of the founders of TriCounty Community
Health Clinic. She returned to the Health Department about eight years
ago. Since then, she has assumed the positions of WIC Coordinator and
Family Case Management/ WIC Coordinator. Ms Chilton is an RN and has her
Master’s degree in Maternal Child Health.3/6/2007

Deb Rolf was promoted from Home Care Clinical Coordinator to Director of
Home Care. Deb has extensive experience in home care, having worked
in the field for 16 years. She has worked for the Health Department's
Home Care Program a total of 7 years in many different capacities. Ms.
Rolf is an RN and has a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
