The County Board will host a benefit to aid victims with all who wish to come to this free reception thanking the Kirkland Fire Department, the Village of Kirkland Officials, Kirkland Lions Club, AmeriCorps, the Salvation Army, the American Red Cross, the DeKalb County Departments, including the Sheriff's and ESDA Offices, the DeKalb County Community Foundation, the Samaritan's Purse, Team Rubicon, and others who volunteered over the past month.


This event is made possible with the generosity of many local businesses who donated all of provided food and drinks. 


Monetary donations will be accepted for the victims of the Fairdale Tornado and towards their recovery process.
