East Sycamore Street, in Sycamore from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through
Friday, except holidays.
Taxpayers can use the quick and convenient payment option of paying their taxes
online. Taxpayers should log on to the DeKalb County website,
www.dekalbcounty.org. Taxpayers should choose the green box that says, “Pay
my Property Taxes Here!” From that point, they have two options. They can
choose to pay with their Master Card, Visa, Discover, or American Express
credit card. Those taxpayers wishing to pay by credit card should choose the
E-Pay link and follow the directions on that page to make their payment.
The second electronic payment option is to choose the Same Day Pay icon
for a direct debit from the bank account of their choice. Taxpayers will be
able to choose the date they would like their payments made, up to 30 days
prior to the due date. The company initiating the transaction collects a $3.00
convenience fee. It is helpful to have your tax bill at hand when making
payments online.
