The DeKalb County Code changes need to be approved by the County Board. The Board’s normal meeting date is the third Wednesday evening of a month.
The Code has been updated through Ordinance #O2026-001, dated February 18, 2026. County Board actions have been reviewed for Code changes up through February 2026.
