Off-cycle claim requests are done the same way as a regular claim form except the date to be paid will be the next month’s board meeting date.
The completed claim form is due in our office by noon on Monday to be available for pick up or to be put in the mail on Wednesday at 3 p.m.
Please review these claims closely to make sure they could not be processed on your county credit card, paid through petty cash or paid for personally, until you could be reimbursed through the regular claim cycle. Our goal is to keep off-clycle claim requests to a minimum to comply with the county’s outside auditors recommendation.
Just as in the regular claim process, please provide any enclosures that need to be included with the check or let us know if you want the check returned to you rather than us putting the check in the mail directly.
